Composite Gratings

Industrial Floor Solutions with 16 Production Lines

Non-slip and corrosion-resistant composite gratings (molded grating) for industrial floors are manufactured on 16 grating lines in our factory. Our fiberglass reinforced FRP based gratings offer a strong alternative to metal gratings.

What is Composite Grating?

Composite grating is a fiberglass reinforced (FRP) based building material. These gratings are manufactured using fiberglass reinforced polyester resin. Composite gratings, developed as an alternative to metal gratings, offer long-lasting and low-maintenance solutions, especially in harsh environmental conditions.

In our 16 grating production lines, high quality industrial gratings are produced using molded grating technology.

Advantages of Composite Grating

Long Lasting

Many years of trouble-free use with excellent resistance to corrosion and environmental effects.

Lightweight and Portable

Since it is much lighter than metal grills, it is easy to install and transport.

Trustworthy

It increases work safety thanks to its non-slip surface and electrical insulation.

Economic

Thanks to its long life and low maintenance costs, the total cost of ownership is low.

Aesthetic

It offers aesthetic appearance and design flexibility with different color and size options.

Usage Areas of Composite Grating

Industrial Facilities

Chemical factories, power plants, water treatment plants. Ideal for walkways, platforms and stair treads.

Maritime and Ports

Piers, docks and ship decks thanks to its resistance to salt water.

Infrastructure and Construction

Manhole covers, drainage systems, bridges and pedestrian paths.

Agriculture and Livestock

In animal shelters, feedlots and agricultural irrigation systems.

Commercial and Public Areas

Parks, walking paths, poolsides and sports facilities.

Electricity and Energy Sector

Safe ground solutions in transformer fields and energy facilities that require electrical insulation.
