Pultrusion Profiles

Continuous Drawing and Molding Technology

A total of 8 pultrusion lines in our factory, all processes including electricity, ventilation and cutting systems, have been completed and are ready for full capacity production. I-beams, U-channels, angle irons, pipes and special cross-section structural profiles are produced in accordance with EN 13706 standards.

What is Pultrusion?

Pultrusion is a continuous production method used in the production of fiber-reinforced composite materials. This technology is based on the principle of pulling glass or carbon fibers from a heated mold by passing them through a resin bath. The result is structural profiles that are completely resistant to corrosion with excellent strength/weight ratio.

Continuous glass fiber rovings are passed through the resin bath, fed into the heated mold and pulled out of the mold to obtain the desired profile shape. This seamless process ensures high production speed and consistent quality.

Advantages of Pultrusion

Lightness

Composite materials are much lighter than metal alternatives. This feature provides a great advantage in transportation, assembly and structural load calculations.

High Strength

Superior mechanical strength is achieved thanks to fiber reinforcements. Strength values equivalent to or higher than steel can be achieved.

Corrosion Resistance

Pultrusion products show excellent resistance to chemicals, moisture and environmental influences. No rust or rot.

Continuous Production

Since it is a continuous process, it has a high production rate. Large volume orders are completed in a short time.

Cost Effectiveness

It is extremely economical, especially for large productions. Long life and lack of maintenance reduce the total cost of ownership.

Areas of Use

Building

Bridge beams, roof systems, stairs, structural supports and facade elements.

Energy

Wind turbine blades, electric poles, solar panel carriers and transformer insulation parts.

Transportation and Automotive

Light rail systems, automotive parts, vehicle chassis and supporting structures.

Marine

Boat structures, piers, marina platforms and structural elements resistant to sea water conditions.
