FRPLine Composite Technologies Ltd. Co. processes personal data shared during commercial relationships, quotation requests, orders, and after-sales processes in its capacity as data controller.

• Managing finance and accounting operations.
• Managing sales, after-sales, and operational processes for goods and services.
• Managing customer relations and customer satisfaction activities.
• Managing contract, logistics, supply-chain, and strategic planning processes.
• Handling requests and complaints and running communication activities.
• Carrying out retention and archiving activities and protecting controller operations.
• Providing information to authorized persons, institutions, and authorities.

Personal data may be transferred, in line with legislation, to suppliers, service providers, banks, public authorities, law offices, auditors, logistics providers, and technology infrastructure providers when required for contractual performance, legal obligations, or legitimate interests.

• Learn the processing purpose and whether it is used accordingly.
• Know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad.
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
• Request deletion or destruction under Article 7 of KVKK.
• Request that correction or deletion actions be notified to third parties.
• Object to adverse outcomes created solely by automated analysis.
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

• In-person application: You may apply at Çoraklar Neighborhood, 5012 Street, No:35/1, Aliağa/İzmir, Türkiye with identity verification documents, stating “Information Request under the Personal Data Protection Law” on the envelope.
• Application through a notary: You may send the signed form to Çoraklar Neighborhood, 5012 Street, No:35/1, Aliağa/İzmir, Türkiye through a notary public.
• Secure electronic signature / mobile signature: You may send the signed form to info@frplinecomposite.com.
• Registered e-mail / KEP: If you use an address already registered in our systems, you may apply to frplinecomposite.teknolojileri@hs01.kep.tr.

Applications are concluded as soon as possible and no later than thirty days. If the process requires an additional cost, the fee announced by the Board may apply.
