Filament Winding Technology

Continuous Drawing and Molding Technology
A total of 8 pultrusion lines in our factory, all processes including electricity, ventilation and cutting systems, have been completed and are ready for full capacity production. I-beams, U-channels, angle irons, pipes and special cross-section structural profiles are produced in accordance with EN 13706 standards.
75 Meters Continuous Plate Line
GRP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Polyester) based Fibropan roof and facade sheets are produced in our 75 meter long single piece sheet line in our factory. Thanks to uninterrupted production technology, we offer industrial panels in transparent or opaque form in the desired length.
Hot Press Molding Technology
There are a total of 5 hot presses in our factory, with capacities of 200, 400, 600, 800 and 1200 kg. We produce high-strength, light and durable composite parts with SMC (Sheet Molding Compound) and BMC (Bulk Molding Compound) technologies.
Industrial Floor Solutions with 16 Production Lines
Non-slip and corrosion-resistant composite gratings (molded grating) for industrial floors are manufactured on 16 grating lines in our factory. Our fiberglass reinforced FRP based gratings offer a strong alternative to metal gratings.
Flexible, Hygienic and Durable
Produced using high-pressure hot press (SMC) technology with glass fiber reinforced composite panels, GRP Modular Water Tanks offer superior durability and hygiene. Their modular structure allows for easy transport and installation in confined spaces.
