In road transport of liquids, the sloshing forces of a moving liquid shift the vehicle's centre of gravity from moment to moment, creating hazards such as rollover, skidding and longer braking distances. Our vehicle-mounted GRP tanks are designed with these dynamic forces in mind.
Baffles are used to limit free-surface movement inside the tank. Because GRP is lighter than steel, more of the vehicle's capacity is left for the load.

Technical Advantages
- Baffle System: Sloshing control with perforated plates that divide the tank into compartments or slow the flow of liquid.
- Chassis Flexible Connection: Front connection with spring bolts or rubber mounts allows chassis torsion while protecting the tank.
- Breather Valve: Safety valve that balances pressure changes and automatically closes in case of overturn.
- Bottom Valve: A safety system at the lowest point of the tank that closes from the inside to stop leakage if a pipe breaks.
