Acid Storage Tanks

Storage of high concentration acids such as Sulfuric Acid, Hydrochloric Acid, Nitric Acid poses serious corrosion risks in metal tanks. Our GRP acid tanks are produced with the selection of resin (Vinyl Ester) specific to the type and temperature of the acid.

Acid Vapour Resistance: A vinyl ester layer on the inner surface limits acid vapour penetration into the laminate.
Wide Concentration Range: Special formulation suitable for acids of different concentrations.

Designed for hazardous chemicals that pose a high risk to the environment and human health. If the inner tank leaks, the outer second wall contains the leak, and sensors fitted in the interstitial space can raise an alarm.

Double Protection System: The gap between the inner tank and the outer casing controls possible leakage and prevents spread to the environment.
